Questions

What is the largest file you accept?

50 GB on the Business plan. Above that we are happy to talk, but at some point a physical medium is genuinely the better engineering answer.

Do recipients need an account?

No. A link and, if the sender enabled it, a one-time code sent to their address.

Can we host it ourselves?

Not today. Customers with that requirement usually end up on the Regulated plan with a customer-controlled key store, which addresses the underlying concern.

What happens when a link expires?

The object is deleted and the audit record is retained. A recipient who follows an expired link sees that it expired, not that it never existed.
